We have decided to open doors for a talented individual to join our fast-growing and exciting team as an Operations Manager within the building, fabrics, and maintenance industry. 

Working closely alongside our good colleague Michelle from Holla HR, we have devised a job description to see if you have the necessary skills to join our team!

We see this role as an integral part of the team and will support the postholder to act as a number two to our Managing Director to grow and develop the business strategy and regularly interact with our client base to strengthen relationships.
If successful with you’re application, the operations manager will have overall accountability for work undertaken at client sites. From health and safety, estimating, sourcing and costing materials, managing assets and managing the teams that deliver to our customers, this role is an end-to-end operational role. The post holder has a keen eye for detail, and an ability to quickly build relationships to engage and work alongside teams, customers and suppliers.
