Background of the Case Study
This is the first site our valued client employed RPMG to complete works on. Due to the impressive results provided by our team, the client has returned for various other works. This case study focuses on a large distribution warehouse of a well known supermarket retailer.
We were instructed to complete the large scale of works below in a time efficient manner, whilst continuing to provide the highest quality.
The location of this project was in the North West, meaning this project was close to home for our team! No matter where works may be in the UK, RPMG will always deliver.
Completed Works
RPMG’s scope of works included:

Clean of the entire Warehouse Wall and Roof Cladding, liner panels

Clean of all brickwork and concrete throughout the elevations

Additional works were instructed after this to ensure the remainder of the building looked as impressive!

Full builders clean was completed across the site upon completion of works to remove all dirt, dust and debris from site.
What challenges did we face and overcome?
Live Construction Environment:
The work was carried out in a live construction environment, as other contractors were assisting with a Roof Dilapidation. Continuous coordination with the teams and careful management of potential disruptions due to high foot traffic and activity.
To ensure safety, we implemented several measures, including a safe system of working.
Nature of works:
The project, like all, required a high quality service to prevent any disruption to surrounding contractors.
We ensured mateculous planning to allow the works could be completed within the allocated time and above the clients standards.
Short Lead Time:
This project had a short lead time, meaning RPMG had to discuss and plan with the contract administrators team to verify what works could be completed in a short period of time.
